Crafted In The Green Mountains
Our sugarhouse is where all of the products are made. In the spring, we boil sap from our maple trees into pure Vermont maple syrup on our wood fired evaporator and in the early fall, the air is sweet as we extract and bottle the year's crop of Vermont raw honey. The rest of the year is spent managing our honey bee colonies and working our forest land preparing for the next spring sap run, but you can often find us inside the sugarhouse bottling maple syrup or making our own granulated maple sugar!
