On a little over 70 acres of forest land in the Green Mountains of Vermont, we’re collecting and boiling down sap from maple trees to create single source, small batch Organic Maple Syrup. We proudly honor the long tradition of maple sugaring in Vermont by building a company with quality and sustainability at its core all while naturally making life a little sweeter.
The production of our Organic Maple Syrup is a labor intensive process that involves work both in the woods and in our sugarhouse. Here's a quick description of how we make our syrup.
