Vermont Maple Syrup

On a little over 70 acres of forest land in the Green Mountains of Vermont, we’re collecting and boiling down sap from maple trees to create single source, small batch Organic Maple Syrup. We proudly honor the long tradition of maple sugaring in Vermont by building a company with quality and sustainability at its core all while naturally making life a little sweeter.

Our Process

The production of our Organic Maple Syrup is a labor intensive process that involves work both in the woods and in our sugarhouse. Here's a quick description of how we make our syrup.

1. Tapping

In the late winter, we drill small holes in our maple trees and insert a spout. On warm spring days the sap flows from the tree into the tubing.

3. Boiling

This is our evaporator. It's fueled by wood we harvest from our land and it allows us to boil sap down into maple syrup.

2. sap!

The sap then flows through miles of pipeline down to our sugarhouse where we collect and store it in large holding tanks.

4. Bottling

Lastly we filter and hot pack our crystal clear maple syrup in our glass bottles and it's ready to enjoy!
