It’s been 3 years since we started toying with the idea of fermenting maple syrup and honey. The subtle blending of sweet and sour captured our imaginations and we began a seemingly endless journey of experiments in our kitchen and sugarhouse to create the perfect alcohol-free ferment.

We're thrilled to introduce a completely new and unique product into the world: Cultured Honey. It’s tangy and sweet and lights up your taste buds with every drop. It’s a product we’ve poured all of our free time and energy into and we’re immensely proud of this first of its kind flavor. 

Try it on ice cream, biscuits, or cheese. Also fantastic as a salad dressing or dipping sauce.
