The texture is similar to Wedderspoon Manuka honey. The one I bought is light in color, looks solid but spreads and melts easily. It is very sweet for the amount with a pleasant and natural taste. Delivery was quick and well-packed. Recommended

Only honey I will ever buy again

I got a 0.5lb gift as a gift, and I savored it for as long as possible. I don't think I'd had natural honey before that. When I ran out and decided to look up the company I was shocked that it wasn't more expensive! I would expect something this high quality and unprocessed to be double the price of grocery store honey, so I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered it all the way to California, and it arrived intact and well-packaged. I think the 2lbs will last me a while, but when it runs out I will certainly order more.
