Our honey has never been heated which means it crystallizes over time. This thickening of the honey is completely natural and does not mean the honey has gone bad. You can enjoy it crystalized or place it in warm water to gently return it to liquid form.

I absolutely love everything about this family-run company. I even started my own apiary because I want more bees pollinating and I'm not sure how the Republic of Vermont's honey is so creamy, sweet and treatment free! I have also purchased the maple syrup in the past. It's smooth and delicious too. Please keep at it- you're the best!
