Organic Dark Maple Syrup
Our dark syrup has a bold maple flavor to match it’s distinctive dark color. Made towards the end of the maple suagring season, the dark stuff is coveted in Vermont and is our personal favorite.
We boil maple sap into maple syrup - that’s it. Sounds easy right? Turns out it’s not. Making maple syrup is a herculean effort involving the tapping of thousands of trees on steep mountains in inevitably deep snow. And that doesn’t even include the hundreds of hours spent boiling sweet sap into amber maple syrup in our sugarhouse. We think you’ll agree the final product is probably worth all the work. Certified Organic and hand bottled in our famous glass bottles, this maple syrup is definitively a labor of love.
